GLS Elopak is a joint venture between GLS Group of India and Elopak ASA of Norway, focusing on delivering innovative and sustainable liquid packaging solutions. This partnership merges GLS’ expertise in flexible packaging with Elopak's leadership in liquid cartons, enabling us to deliver packaging solutions customized to the diverse customer needs to protect the liquid food.
The JV aims to develop cutting-edge packaging technologies tailored for various liquid categories, including juice, dairy, plant-based products, ORS, Home care, and alcoholic beverages featuring Alpak® in Roll fed aseptic & Pure-Pak® in Gable top cartons.
Our core focus is on creating eco-friendly packaging solutions that reduce environmental impact and promotes sustainability.

Capacity & Size
The GLS Elopak factory can produce 4 Billion Packs per annum & the factory is based on a total of 16.83 acres of land.

Capability & Sections
GLS Elopak is facilitated with 8 color In-line Flexo printing press, 6-layer Extrusion coating, Sliting, Doctoring & Fully Automatic palletization, and packing without any physical touch to the product to maintain hygiene. With this type of facility, we can produce six different types of Pack formats to serve our different segment customers.
